12:45 PM Load In - Dancers begin to arrive, FOH Pre-Set, Security volunteers in place. Open Main Switch.
Dancers 4-18 years old must arrive no later than 12:45pm.
1:00-3:30 PM ALL Dancers Opening Scene Spacing. Then, Monday-Sat 4-5yrs. & 6-8 Yrs Spacing Rehearsal
Tuesday/Sat Ballet III-V 9-12yrs. Spacing Rehearsal
3:30-4:00 PM If Needed. Advanced, Pre-Professional Finishing, Final Spacing Rehearsals
When your afternoon rehearsal has finished you may leave but must return at least 30
minutes before the evening performance.

5:45 PM Dancers Age 9 and up Arrive for Make up & Costume.
6:00 PM House Opens, Dancers Age 4-8 Arrive, get into costume.
6:30 PM Curtain

Dancers 6-9 Beg Ballet
7:00PM Dancers 9-18 Elementary - Intermediate/Advanced - Pre Professional
Intermission Dancers Age 3.5-5 may be picked up and are free to watch from the audience.
7:20 PM Dancers 6-8yrs, Dancers 9-18 Elementary - Intermediate/Advanced - Pre Professional
7:40-8:00 PM Probable Final Curtain – Volunteers Assist with Load Out, Final security
check and Close Main Switch ASAP.
