To: admin@thedancersadvantage.com Subject: Colby Parsons To: Brian Bender The Dancer's Advantage
Dear Brian,
I wanted to thank you so much for coaching Colby during our stay in Denver. Your meticulous work on his arms has made his dancing much more relaxed and artistic. We have found that even in his professional school at the Rock School for Dance, his arm work is often overlooked when he is being coached. Also your many tips and advice on his variation for Youth America Grand Prix in New York will help him to have a successful, confident presentation when he dances there in April. Thanks again for all your help. Your past experience dancing these kinds of variations certainly lends a veracity to all you teach. And your ability to show him how to get into the character from the second he steps on stage makes all the difference in the way his dancing is perceived.
Sincerely,
Libby Parsons

Hi Brian,
As my daughter has grown from a little girl into a young woman, she has developed grace, confidence, and strength that defy today’s stereotype of pre-teens. I attribute this largely to dance. My younger daughter, also a dancer - though a funny little clown, is showing the same path of development as her sister. I always knew dance would be fun for them; what I didn’t expect was that the grace and strength their bodies were developing were also on the inside.
The Dancers’ Advantage is one of Park Hill’s jewels, helping our daughters grow strong and beautiful while contributing to our sense of community. Riding our bicycles to a Saturday morning ballet class on a warm summer morning, followed by a visit to the bakery, is a simple Park Hill pleasure.

Dear Brian,
Just a note to thank-you for the complete, comprehensive and thoughtful dance instruction my daughter has received from your school. When she was accepted to The Denver School of the Arts as a dance major she had zero ballet and was required to get some expertise in this art. Under your tutelage she has become knowledgeable and proficient. She can hold her own in class and when dancing with students far more experienced then she. As a parent I have appreciated your teaching skill and your generous accessibility in discussing my daughter and her dancing.
Warmest Regards, Sherry Gillespie
