1:00 PM Load In - Dancers begin to arrive, FOH Pre-Set, Security volunteers in place. Open Main
Switch.
Dancers 4-8 years old must arrive no later than 12:45pm.
Dancers 9-18 years old most arrive no later than 2:00pm.
1:00-2:30 PM Monday-Sat 4-5yrs. & 6-8 Yrs Spacing Rehearsal
2:30-3:00 PM Tuesday/Sat Ballet III-V 9-12yrs. Spacing Rehearsal
3:00-3:30 PM Carmillia's African Dancers
3:35-4:00 PM Advanced, Pre-Professional Dress Rehearsals
When your afternoon rehearsal has finished you may leave but must return at least 30
minutes before the evening performance.

5:45 PM Dancers Age 12 and up Arrive for Make up & Costume.
6:00 PM House Opens, Dancers Age 4-11 Arrive.
6:30 PM Curtain
